Y is for (and GIVEAWAY!)
Yoga
One of my recent “discoveries” in my music-therapy-session-planning journey involves this fabulous album: Musical Yoga Adventures. Created by Linda Lara (composer/music teacher) and Suzy Frank (occupational therapist and children’s yoga instructor), this album has been quite inspirational and useful for my co-treatment sessions with occupational therapists. The yoga moves are PERFECT for providing structure to practice coordination and gross motor skills – goal areas of several of my clients. Check out their website and download their free visuals to accompany the CD.
