{Free download} Playlists for the various routines in a music therapist’s life
It’s the new year and we all know what that means…
It’s RESOLUTION time!
My resolutions this year include:
*Presenting at a music therapy conference
*Writing more personal letters to those I care about
*Creating a music therapy songbook (more info on this in a later post…prizes are involved!!) 🙂
*More blogging and guest blogging!
….and of course, one of the most common resolutions…
*Getting in shape!
One of the best motivators for working out? New music playlists!! Nothing gets me moving like some good tunes!
Therefore, I’ve compiled a .pdf of playlists to share with you!
Not just playlists for working out, but playlists for meditation,to use with a record player, to play while doing paperwork, for road trips, etc.
Download and enjoy!
Ps. I’d love to hear your favorite music line-ups, as well – feel free to leave them in the comments section!

Good lists! Thanks for including the Music Therapy Round Table podcast!
I like working out to Girl Talk 🙂
Of course!!! You lovely ladies are always on my traveling playlist 🙂
And yes…Girl Talk is like one big dance party for me!
Awesome! Those are great lists. I also catch up on podcasts during long car trips. I LOVE “This American Life” and also “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me” (another NPR podcast) – the humor makes long trips fly by!
Thank you, Thank you!!
Ps. I’m a huge fan of ALL things NPR 🙂
Love this! Tried out the “paperwork” one this morning as I was catching up on things. So great!!
Ooo, GREAT! I’m so glad you were able to use it!!! Nothing like a little Rach ‘n Bach to get the paperwork done ;).
Thanks so much for the feedback – I truly appreciate it!
